It’s a time of celebration at OM4. We’ve just turned 12 years old.
On 22 May 2007, our founder Glenn registered the OM4 business name and left behind his IBM suit and tie for good. In those days we were a one person, home-based self-funded start-up.
So began the wild ride that brought us together with hundreds of business owners and managers like you.
Working as your technology partner and trusted advisor has been a pleasure and privilege for us. Side by side, we’ve navigated these years of rapid change. Together we’ve seen radical shifts in business models, technology tools, and online customer expectations.
It has always been our priority to share our knowledge and give businesses of all sizes a competitive online advantage. It’s exciting to see how many of you are using your new skills to grow your business.
These days James is our Managing Partner working alongside Glenn to co-ordinate a team of nine. James works with Csaba to develop our plugin offerings in the WooCommerce space. Our WooCommerce Zapier plugin has been an international success with thousands of users across the globe.
We’ve worked with some inspiring independent designers over the years, and happily for us 3 years ago Mike came on board as our agency lead and brought his design superpowers into the business.
Most of you will know our senior trainer and Service Desk Manager Judy. She delights in seeing you build your confidence with website and online business tools. Judy is also the person most likely to reply to your service ticket.
Julia has come over from her own web content agency to lead our Content SEO practice. She is our lead copywriter for websites and online advertising campaigns. In the last year, she’s launched two day Content SEO Intensives which may appeal if you are in a very competitive market.
We’ve attracted some outstanding younger talent. Hugh is a web developer and certified Google Ads specialist. Hari has jumped on board to assist with website projects and focus on our social media campaigns.
Jen keeps things calm in the finance and administration areas, and we have recently refreshed our office in Shenton Park.
