Came across a new source of royalty free images you can use for websites – EveryStockPhoto.com
There is no shortage of free images on the web, but good quality images you can use legitimately are much harder to come by. The advent of the Creative Commons Licence was a huge step forward in making image sharing possible without breaching copyright.
I’m adding this to our other core sources for quality images – iStockPhoto (quality, low cost) and Flickr (where you can search for images with a Creative Commons licence that allows commercial use for free, with attribution).
Another one I’ve recently discovered is sxc – stock.exchng, which has loads of good quality images you can use online and in print for free.
