Skype will not longer allow online numbers purchased through the business control panel to be assigned to "personal" accounts, and so the subscription and allocation that I made through the BCP to a "personal" account I had just created (for the specific purpose of using the online number) were of no use to me. Skype won't transfer the credit back to the BCP or provide any refund. I have decided to explore the organization of a class action suit, and so if you or anyone reading this has a similar story and would like to assist me, please contact me at dhundley at hundleylaw dot com (spelled out to avoid spam collectors).
