This is so true. It really amazes me how few people understand this and do this. Their site would be so much more pleasant and load considerably faster if they would take the time to do this. Some sites I don’t even bother with. If it takes way to long to load I’m gone. Another thing they do is show way too many blog posts on per page. I have to scroll forever to get to the bottom of the page. Reduce the number of blog posts per page would help a lot too.

All true. The faster broadband gets, the more multimedia we have to soak it up…
