First of all it can be hard to write about yourself. You can struggle to find the features and benefits in a product you know too well. A copywriter - fresh to the subject - can talk to you and learn about your business, and write content for you that just flows. And of course they can do the keyword research to make sure your website uses the words your prospects are looking for.
Secondly, you may want to get your website activated with content marketing, search marketing and email marketing initiatives. You can learn to set these up yourself, or pay an expert to do it for you.
Getting someone to help you setup your content to start with might be the way to make most effective use of your time. Then you can update any of your web pages and write posts for your blog to keep your site fresh.

Note on monthly payments: you may pay the entire fee as a single payment, or alternatively pay the amount over 12 monthly payments (using a PayPal 12 month subscription payment). If using a monthy fee, the fee does not continue past 12 months.

| Option 1: Core | Site Registration - For every paid Content Package, you register for a new site using your email address (this is exactly how you get access to your own DIY site). After the site content is ready, we will map to your domain name and set up email forwarding for your domain email addresses.
Content - General - We configure core site pages: Home, Contact Us, About, Terms and Conditions, Testimonials and Frequently Answered Questions. Keyword Analysis - We review your business objectives and then conduct keyword research using Wordtracker. Your Keyword Analysis Report discusses the findings, reporting on predicted search volumes. The report recommends three keyword groups for your initial focus. Graphic Design - You brief us on the look and feel you want for your website, we produce custom artwork for the header, body and footer of your website (incorporating your logo and other supplied elements). Analytics - Your website will be integrated with Google Analytics so you can review how many people visit your site, the sources of traffic and the content they view. If you don’t already have a (free) Google Analytics account, one will be created for you. Content - Blog - We setup your Blog with keyword related categories and RSS and email subscription options. Content - Orders - Your Orders page is established, accepting secure online payments for up to three products or services using PayPal. |

| Core + Content Package - Option 2 | Content Marketing - We establish content for three primary Themes for your website. Each Theme will be based on a selected keyword family (from keyword research) that is relevant to your business. Content is based on interviews with you and content and images you provide. Theme content is information designed to attract the attention of your potential visitors and build their interest, and is also search engine optimized.
As an example, when we setup the website for Ningaloo Blue, content was created for Ningaloo Reef, Whale Sharks and Adventure Travel experiences at Ningaloo. Each of these three Themes was chosen because there was strong interest in the keywords, while at the same time being relevant for people researching travel options and who may find Ningaloo is the right destination for them. |

| Core + Content + Search Package - Option 3 | Search Marketing - A Google AdWords campaign is established for your three primary themes / keyword groups, with ads written, keywords loaded and initial bids set. You activate the campaign by reviewing the daily budget and entering your financial details to pay for click traffic. |

| Core + Content + Search + Email Package - Option 4 | Email Marketing - We establish a Newsletter based on the Aweber email autoresponder. You will need to purchase your own Aweber account to utilise this, at a cost of approximately $180 USD/year.
Just like owning your own website domain, owning your email list is highly recommended. Once you have built a list with verified opt-ins, it is very difficult to move to an alternate list provider, as opt-in will need to be requested again. By staying with the same list provider (such as Aweber), you can move your email list from one website provider (such as OM4Tourism.com) to another. If you are taking up this option, your Newsletter is established, with an automated on-site sign up facility. Based on content and images provided by you, we create the first issue of the Newsletter for you. We help you invite people on to the list, and show you how to create your own monthly mail-outs. You also learn how to send one-off broadcasts (for example, for special offers or seasonal events), and how to track the number of times your readers receive their emails, open their emails and click on internal links back to your site. |
