		<description>You are spot on Hasnain, not as people will bother with feedback if they think it will just be taken down by the vendor if they don&#039;t like it.
There is a better name for feedback filtered by the vendor - testimonials. We&#039;ve had them for ages, why try to call them something else!</description>

Could they explain how one can remove negative feedback and make it more reliable. Many dissatisfied clients don&#039;t bother to put in a negative feedback. Those who do will have no incentive to share their view if they know that it would be taken off.</description>
